Full time hours on a temporary basis

1. Mechanical & Electrical Cyclical Contracts Manager -

• Position: M&E Engineer/Clerk of Works (Mechanically Biased)
• Qualifications: Suitably qualified to HNC/HTEC level, with Legionella Awareness Training
• Main Duties:

o             Manage the L8 water hygiene contract

o             Assist with fire safety maintenance

o             Oversee the EICR cyclical testing program (including reviewing test certificates)

o             Handle passenger lift, stairlift, and hoist servicing and maintenance

o             Manage small projects and repairs

o             Compliance systems (e.g., C365, Operance, Zetasafe)

• Work Schedule:

o             2 to 3 days in the office

o             Site visits for the remaining 2 days (hybrid arrangement)
