£55-60k per annum + benefits

Due to a significant period of growth, they are looking for a Programme Manager to join their team.

As a Programme Manager your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Define programme objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Identify key stakeholders and establish effective communication channels.
  • Coordinate and oversee multiple projects within the programme, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
  • Allocate resources efficiently across projects.
  • Identify and mitigate resource constraints and bottlenecks.
  • Develop and manage programme budgets, tracking and reporting on financial performance and expenditures.
  • Conduct regular quality reviews and audits to ensure programme deliverables meet quality criteria.
  • Implement corrective actions when quality standards are not met.
  • Identify and manage changes to the programme scope and objectives, and communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders.
  • Ensure changes are integrated seamlessly into the programme plan.

The successful Programme Manager will have the below skills and experience:

  • Experience using MS Projects, Trello, Jira, QuickBooks, SAP, Excel and Power BI
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams towards achieving programme goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Understanding of budgeting, financial management, and cost control.
  • Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.
