RECfinancial is partnering with a medium sized public practice who are recruiting for a Manager to join its Leicestershire office. Working in a lively office, the role is commutable from all areas of Leicester / Leicestershire, Nottingham, Derby and Coventry / Warwickshire.

  Reporting to one of the Partners, this exciting Manager role will be responsible for the following tasks;  
  • Working with a variety of clients including limited companies, sole traders, LLP’s and partnerships from a range of business sectors
  • Preparation and review of statutory and management accounts
  • Preparation of CT600’s and personal tax returns
  • Some auditing
  • Conducting client meetings
  • Reporting directly to the directors regarding client matters
  • Management of the team they are responsible for
  • Review of work completed by the team and providing feedback where necessary to the team members.

Knowledge of accountancy software packages such as Iris and Xero would be beneficial. Tax knowledge would be advantageous.   The role has a salary range of between £35,000 and £45,000 plus a generous benefits package.
