Position: Technical Manager
Location: Cheshire
Salary: Up to £60,000/year DOE
Shifts: Monday – Friday
Reporting to: Factory Manager
Team: Leading a fantastic technical team

Role Overview:

As the Technical Manager, you will be the head technical expert on-site, sitting in the senior leadership team. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the factory, ensuring product quality and compliance with industry standards. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining and enhancing the site’s technical operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the technical team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Ensure all products meet safety, quality, and legal standards.
  • Implement and maintain robust quality management systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
