Building Surveyor needed in Truro, £18-£35ph - Reference: 5253030

£18-£35 per hour depending on experience 

The Surveyor provides technical advice, assistance and support to people with disabilities and older owner-occupiers in respect of home improvement works and adaptations.

The role holder will manage their own caseload and where required monitor the work undertaken by temporary and fixed term surveyors employed by the service. 

The surveyor will be responsible for developing the surveying role as appropriate and contribute to the overall development of Cornwall Home Solutions (CHS)

They will utilise the health & safety rating system to identify hazards, draft schedules of work for adaptations etc

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
