Technical Inspector needed in West London Paying  £23.90 per hr ref 005157

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Consult with residents and customers regarding existing and future planned programmes of works and ensure that the contractors resident liaison function meets customer's needs in the preparation and delivery of maintenance works
• To assist the project management to successfully deliver a PPM and Capital Works programmes, so that tight deadlines are achieved whilst minimising disruption to residents. Record, monitor and report to Project Manager
• To carry out site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with the contract specification and drawings
• To prepare reports on progress, site activities and all other related issues
