It has an opportunity for an experienced Account Manager, someone who is a passionate and dedicated to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the signage industry and possess exceptional skills in client relationship management, sales, and project coordination. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored signage solutions.
  • Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the signage industry. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of signage projects. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project completion.
  • Problem Solving: Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, sales activities, and project progress for management review.

 

For your application to be successful, you must have:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of account management experience in the signage industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
  • Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
