IT Applications Analyst (Microsoft Technologies), End User – Carlow 3X P/W

Pearson Carter have partnered with a national body who provide integrated research, advisory and training services who are looking for an IT Applications Analyst to join their team.

You will join a large and structured IT team who support over 35 Microsoft business systems which includes bespoke packages and SaaS applications within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the business units to understand and improve their performance through the use of technologies
• Identify user requirements for Application Solutions
• Analyse the requirements and design an optimal solution
• Manage the on-going support and enhancement of a number of application systems, including vendor management.

Requirements:

• Experience in Business Systems Implementations
• Experience across supporting systems from 1st – 2nd line
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• SharePoint / D365 CE experience is a massive bonus

Package:

• Salary €51,000 with regular increases twice a year.
• 29 days annual leave
• Early retirement program
• Funding for third level training

Location:

This company is based in Carlow and there is a requirement to be in the office 3X per week.
