Pearson Carter are currently working with a financial planning company based in Greater Manchester. They provide their clientele with expertise on wealth and investment management. They are seeking a Systems Developer to join their transformation team and report to the Systems Lead to aid the functionality of their Dynamics 365 System.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong understanding of D365 and power apps functionality.
• Configure, customise and extend D365 to meet business needs, including the use of workflow and business rules.
• Design and test customisations to the D365 system.
• Monitor systems performance, troubleshoot and implement corrective actions.
• Engage with end-users to gather feedback and understand pain points.
• Evaluate existing systems and processes, identifying gaps between business requirements and system capabilities, defining areas of improvement.
• Develop practical solutions within their existing systems infrastructure.
• Identify and work on opportunities for automation and system integration.
• Provide systems training and ad-hoc coaching to the wider team.

Experience

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience working with Power Automate and/or Power BI is an advantage.
• Experience working within financial services is not required but would also be an advantage.

Salary

The annual salary for this role is up to £45,000 and includes benefits such as:

Location

This company has an office based in Greater Manchester and you will be expected onsite thrice a week.
