£35,000-£38,000 DOE

Location: Duxford, Cambridge

Monday – Thursday 7:30-5pm

Friday – 7:30-2:30pm

Orion Electrotech are working with an amazing Aircraft company dedicated to providing high-quality services and customer satisfaction. They are seeking a skilled and experienced Aircraft Sheet Metal Worker to join their dynamic team and assist with high profile projects.

Key Responsibilities as an Aircraft Sheet Metal Worker:

• Drilling off and replacing structural components as required. 
• Reading and working with engineering drawings.
• Fabricating parts to drawings as required.
• Doing essential methods of assembly i.e. Riveting.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised workspace.

Experience:

• Proven experience as an Aircraft Sheet Metal Worker or within a similar role.
• The ability to manufacture to close tolerances.
• Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a metal fabrication environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
