Temporary Accommodation Officer needed in Nottingham £25ph ref 1340622

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

You will be a visiting Officer, part of the role will be carrying out face to face meetings with clients who are new to the accommodation to ensure that they understand their responsibilities and are also enabled to receive benefit claims and other support related to accommodation and a tenancy.

You will be responsible for Temporary Accommodation sign ups and check outs. 

You will be responsible for completing all inventories upon a tenant exiting Temporary Accommodation

You will have strong organisational/time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and handle competing priorities in meeting deadlines and commitments

This role requires the successful person to be in the office and work on patch.
