Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £44,000

Location: Evesham, Worcestershire.

NIGHTS 6-6AM // Panama Shift - 2 week rota 

We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Maintenance Engineer to join a leading manufacturing company; this is a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and innovative company!

Key Responsibilities of this Maintenance Engineer role:

- Conducting planned maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs of all equipment on-site.
- Proactively identifying areas for improvement in production processes, equipment operation, reliability, and resource usage.
- Supporting the Engineering Supervisor in day-to-day maintenance activities for the upkeep of company assets.
- Supervising on-site contractors and ensuring adherence to company procedures.

Requirements of this Maintenance Engineer role:

- Electrical experience; some PLC experience preferred.

- Maintenance experience within an FMCG environment preferably.
- Physical fitness and willingness to work in a chilled environment.
- Team player mindset and ability to collaborate with contractors.
