Property Auctions Valuer – Benefits

• A basic salary of up to £27,000
• Commission on top OTE of £35,000
• Parking permit provided
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Paid for and supported industry qualification

Property Auctions Valuer - Duties 
This role is a key part of the Auctions team by taking responsibility for the following duties:

• General sales duties including phone calls
• Appraising property and land (depending on experience)
• Database management
• Dealing with pre-Auction offers
• Dealing with Auction enquiries
• Negotiating post auction sales
• Answer phone messages
• Booking viewings
• Photos and measure ups
• Adhoc viewings
• Facebook campaigns
• Mailchimp campaigns

The successful Property Auctions Valuer will have a property background and will be experienced in conducting valuations already.  You will be able to demonstrate strong sales experience both in a face to face and over the phone . You will be naturally proactive, a strong relationship builder and someone who can use their own initiative. 


Property Auctions Valuer - Skills and Experience: 

• Property sales experience is essential
• Must have a full driving license and own a car
• Proactive and business minded
• Able to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
• Strong organisational skills – able to prioritise own time and workload
