Full time hours on a temporary basis for 6 months to be reviewed

Hybrid role 3 days in the office

Oversee, support and manage the delivery of graphic design and content projects for the Barbican utilising a combination of in-house and freelance resources

Manage the workflow of the Social Media & Content team in relation to content creation

Collaborate on the evolution of the Barbican brand, create and enforce brand and style guidelines, and ensure the confident use of the client’s visual identity across all communications.

Oversee and develop the in-house Design team and a network of freelance designers and content creators ensuring they are trained, motivated, and aligned with the organisation’s strategic objectives.
