Tenancy Specialist needed in North London

The rate is £20.67ph PAYE

The successful candidate will conduct thorough investigations into reports of antisocial behaviour, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. They will ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) for response times and follow-up actions and will oversee fraud cases, although infrequent, ensuring they are handled with due diligence and in accordance with legal and organizational guidelines. They will attend court sessions as required, issue warning notices and draft legal paperwork. As well as attending evictions and liaising with law enforcement as needed.

They should ensure safeguarding measures are in place and adhered to, providing a safe environment for all stakeholders. The work is split between two days in the office and the remainder working from home but the successful candidate will participate in monthly team days and other occasional in-office requirements.
