My client is looking for an experienced maintenance supervisor to join the team at a state-of-the-art FMCG site based near Chesterfield. A multi-national organisation, they are market leaders in their sector and offer a good package and job stability to go along with that.

Within the role, you will have a team of 4 engineers reporting directly to you. The role will generally be 50/50 on/off the tools with the expectation to get stuck in as and when required. As a supervisor, you will be expected to oversee and support your engineers in any situation.

The role will be a mixture of overseeing in a supervisory capacity and hands-on maintenance within a clean FMCG setting. Ideally, you will be multi-skilled with electrical qualifications and comfortable with all manner of mechanical and electrical maintenance.

Experience Required

• Previous experience as a maintenance supervisor is desired but not essential.
• IOSH Safety Certificate is beneficial.
• Electrical Engineering qualifications are beneficial.
• A qualification in a managerial/training capacity will also be beneficial.
