Medmatch partners with an innovative Primary Care Network, a four-site practice serving 31,000 patients. Their dedicated team of 130 professionals, including doctors, allied health professionals, and a thriving health and wellbeing team, provides comprehensive care to meet patients' mental, emotional, and physical needs.

Setup:

• 15 pts in am and pm. 
• Clinical system : Emis web
• Available up to 6 sessions per week
