Our client, a well-established large format print company based in Manchester is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Liaison to join their growing team. They are looking for someone be the ‘voice’ of their company, taking all incoming calls and to champion the role as their very own Brand Ambassador.

The Role:

  • Answering incoming phone calls and directing through to relevant teams, taking detailed messages when required
  • Attending to queries from new and existing clients
  • Assisting with POD’s as and when necessary
  • Checking on production updates and feeding back to relevant teams and clients
  • Administrative duties to support the customer services team.

The Candidate:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Strong customer service skills with a can-do approach to tasks
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment with strong ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Dependable with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
