Employee Relations Adviser needed in Islington

The rate is £29.51ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will provide a high quality end to end Human Resources advice, guidance and support service to the Headteacher, Governors, School Business Managers, staff and related stakeholders. They will provide high quality professional HR advice and guidance to senior managers on complex staffing issues relating to both individuals and groups of staff. Build and maintain effective working relationships with supported leaders and other stakeholders, to ensure HR advice supports delivery of positive outcomes.

They will provide expert advice to Headteachers/Leaders on the application of the school’s policies, pay and conditions of service, and on the legal and best practice implications of employment issues. Supporting and undertaking casework on a wide range of human resources issues, including discipline, capability, absence, grievance.
