Block Manager – Benefits   

• £26,000 - £31,000 dependent on qualifications held and experience level

Block Manager – Duties  

• Assisting with effective management of the residential block management portfolio 
• Be the main point of contact for leaseholders, freeholders and residents 
• Deal with all aspects of the portfolio assigned, including site visits and any repairs 
• Ensure company hits service agreement levels  
• Maximise property assets for freeholders and leaseholder 
• Assist with the service charge collection 
• Assisting with managed property repairs and maintenance enquiries – ensuring satisfactory completion of works and liaising with contractors, utility companies, landlord clients and tenants
• Assisting with periodic property inspections and reporting thereon 
• Attending AGMs
• Assisting with the evaluation and amendments of budgets and accounts. 
• To maintain/update the Property Management software and to produce reports
• To diarise cyclical maintenance and management of their deadlines
• To manage keys and raise work orders to instruct contractors for minor works, taking the budget into consideration   

Block Manager – Experience Needed  

• Previous Block Management or Commercial Property Management experience is essential  
• You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills  
• Able to prioritise workload and manage own time effectively 
• You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy  
• You will ideally be ATPI (formerly IRPM) qualified
