Facilities Development Manager needed in Bolton Paying  £18.52 per hr ref 0009 1335 /1

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Responsibilities include developing a Facilities Improvement Plan, ensuring health and safety compliance, conducting risk assessments, oversee relevant projects and managing facilities budgets to ensure the best possible environment for children, families and professionals.

• The role line manages the work of relevant support staff to create a high performing team which is responsible for, and anticipates, the needs of the service and provides timely and effective support.

• The roles includes on-call duties and occasional weekend working.
