My client is a fast growing software house who provide a global platform for jobseekers. They are currently at the start of an exciting digital transformation journey and are seeking a talented IT Service Delivery Lead to join their dynamic team and drive excellence in service delivery.

Position Summary:

The IT Service Delivery Lead will oversee the delivery of IT services, ensuring they meet business needs and service levels. This role requires experience in a fast-paced environment (MSP or start-up would be ideal) and a broad skill set, including service transition, change management, release management, IT project management, and service design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service Delivery: Manage IT services to meet business needs and performance targets. Address service delivery issues promptly.
• Service Transition: Oversee the smooth transition of new or updated services into operational use.
• Change & Release Management: Lead change and release management processes to minimize risks and ensure efficient deployments.
• IT Project Management: Manage IT projects to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Service Design & Improvement: Design IT services that are scalable and cost-effective, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment.

This position will require suitable applicants to be able to commute into the office for 3 days a week (will become once a week after probation), their office is based in Fleet, Hampshire.
