Property Management Surveyor needed in Wakefield Paying  £22.51 per hr ref 0009 3A62 /1

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Responsible for Landlord and Tenant matters including lease interpretation, advice on granting and taking of leases, dilapidations, and general land and property queries from prospective tenants or members of the public.
• Responsible for Community Asset Transfers, working closely with colleagues in the Place and Communities Directorates to ensure property and land used by community groups meets both their needs and the long term strategic objectives.
• Provide information and support the development of the estates strategy.
• Provide leasehold advisory services on operational matters.
