Rapid Assessment & Resettlement Practitioner needed in Morden

The rate is £17.54ph PAYE

The successful candidate will have care, homelessness and sustaining tenancies experience ideally. They will be required to work onsite within temporary accommodation.

The role is to welcome street homeless clients and those threatened with homelessness into a homeless temporary accommodation. To link into relevant support services and specialists and create a pathway into longer term housing such as private sector. They will also assist with maintaining the accommodation and preparing meals.
