Repairs And Operations Coordinator (Hybrid) needed in Bournemouth, £12.59ph PAYE - Reference: 5254394

 

To join the tenancy advice and repairs team as a repairs and operations co-Ordinator in our busy housing office on an 8 month temporary contract, part time (20 hours a week), flexible on working days.


This role will be office based initially, moving to a mixture of office and working from home, following intensive training of 4 - 6 weeks.

  • The team are responsible for dealing with all customer contacts over the telephone and face to face.
  • The role includes managing telephone calls and emails from our residents diagnosing the repair required and booking appointments.
  • The candidate will be required to work under pressure and  be able to use their own initiative to deal with a variety of challenging and difficult situations.
  • We are looking for a strong team player who is proactive and effective at delivering the best customer service.

 

This is a part time role on a temporary contract basis
