Lead Software Developer | Industry Leader | $170,000 + Super

Pearson Carter are working with a unique tech travel company who are looking for a Lead Developer to grow into a head of engineering role within 12 months.

You will shape the future roadmap of the company, manage a team of 3 Devs with a focus of increasing the quality of code produced.

What will you do?

• Spearhead the design and development efforts
• Drive the implementation of major and minor roadmap items
• Architect and refine solutions for major and minor roadmap and backlog items, producing detailed documentation and work breakdown structures for accurate estimation
• Oversee regular releases and environment upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to services
• Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Mentor junior developers, helping them grow their technical skills and professional capabilities

What do you need?

• 5+ years .NET
• Strong Leading experience
• Frontend JavaScript
• Microsoft Azure

Salary

They offer an excellent salary package: $170,000 + Super.

Location

The client is based in Brisbane and offer a hybrid working pattern. (1 day a week in office)
