Responsibilities:

• To line manage a team of Software Engineers using Agile processes
• To ensure the team delivers projects within agreed budget, on time and to agreed scope
• To improve efficiency and sustainability of processes and to reduce waste
• To foster a culture of continuous improvement
• To communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

• Should have at least 5 years’ worth of commercial experience
• Should have experience leading a team to deliver large projects
• Should have experience managing fixed scope projects
• Should have a passion for people first leadership
• Should have knowledge of one out of Java, Kotlin, Swift, React & AWS

Salary

They offer an excellent salary of up to £80,000 per annum for the right candidate!
