Senior HR Advisor needed in Southampton

The rate is £33.31ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will be required to work 25 hours per week ideally working these hours over 4 days.  The days worked can be negotiated and Hybrid working is offered.  

The role will be providing first level HR professional advice and support with the following experience:

  • Strong experience in transformation and restructures (attending consultation meetings/answering questions at consultation meetings/Job Evaluation/ advising on process and policy.  Discussions with Trade Unions).
  • Delivering complex and contentious information to senior managers / upwardly influencing / managing expectations and risk
  • Experience of presenting data and information at Senior Leadership meetings
  • Excellent communication skills
  • As an experienced HR Advisor, you will work closely with the HR Business Partners to provide a trusted and professional service. 
  • You will play a key role in the implementation of appropriate HR and OD interventions that support employee engagement and performance outcomes.
