Learning & Development Co-Ordinator needed in Morden.

The rate is £16.46ph PAYE

The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive, customer-focused Learning and Development Service to all Departments (including schools) and Members.

They will provide support in the administration of the Apprentice and Graduate schemes and will support the Learning and Development Advisor and Head of Organisational Development in the promotion of staff learning and development procedures and practice.

The post holder may be called upon to provide support to other sections within HR.  Movement between sections may take place in accordance with professional development and business needs.
