Premises Officer needed in Ilford

The rate is £17.65ph PAYE

The successful candidate will ensure designated community premises are secure, clean, warm. Under the guidance of the Premises Team Leader and/or Premises and Facilities Manager to provide a safe environment for staff, service users and visitors; ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation. 

They will be responsible holding and securing premises keys for purpose of the opening and closing of centres; ensuring that effective locking up and opening procedures are followed and provide access to internal areas as appropriate i.e. to scheduled contractors, centre users etc.
