HR Advisor needed in Gloucester

The rate is £21.98ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be supporting the pay, policy and reward team with work such as policy review and equality impact assessments, job evaluation policy and process, and review of and preparation for upcoming legislative changes. Applications are welcomed from experienced CIPD Level 7 qualified HR professionals, especially those with previous experience in pay, policy and reward roles.

This is a temporary role to support volume of work.Hybrid working is available with a split of around 2/3 days a week in the office. Free parking is available a short walk from the offices.
