IT Support Technician

Pearson Carter are currently working with a Networking Solutions company looking for a Support Technician to join and help with 1st and 2nd line support activities.

They offer a base salary of £28k to £34k.

Responsibilities:

• Respond and handle tickets for Software, hardware, network and telecommunications
• Ensure Service requests are logged accurately
• Administration of company users, access, security and permissions

Experience:

• Strong personal and communication skills
• Windows OS
• MS Office / Office 365 products

They offer an excellent salary: £28k to £34k

Location

This client has an office in the Scottish Borders and need people office based.
