Multi-Skilled Painter needed in Nottingham, £11.44 - £15ph PAYE - Reference: RQ1371616

• This position involves applying mould wash to internal walls and possibly some minor painting. 
• Safely erect and maintain access equipment; reporting any defects to the Team Manager- Painting and ensuring services are compliant with relevant legislation and regulations.
• Manage stock/supplies to ensure works are not delayed.
• Ensure documentation is completed and returned within agreed timescales.
• Work in an efficient manner that delivers value for money; identifying efficiencies, gaps in service delivery and communicating them to line management.
• Use information available to identify customer needs and ensure services are tailored to meet those needs.
• Co-ordinate the services of other trades and work with colleagues, contractors and partners to ensure

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
