Electro–Mechanical Assembler

 

Orion Recruitment are looking for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a well-established Manufacturing business, to strengthen their production assembly team.

The business itself provides world class engineering support and products to industry leaders within the aerospace, automotive and medical sectors.

 

As the Electro-Mechanical Assembler your key responsibilities and activities within the business will be:

Interpret technical drawings and work instructions for assembly processes.

Assemble components according to specifications; maintain accurate assembly records

Functionality and final testing of Electro-mechanical assemblies

Perform crimping and terminating of wires using hand tools.

Conduct maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.

Perform test, fault finding and inspection

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

 

Working Hours

Monday – Friday, 40-hour week.

Qualifications required for the Electro-Mechanical Assembler position:

Minimum requirements NVQ / City and Guilds Level 3 / Full apprenticeship in an Engineering discipline
