Placement Officer needed in Bromley

The rate is £17.09ph PAYE

The successful applicant will work part time with occasional weekend cover (4hrs sat / sun). The usual rota will be Monday and Tuesday on Week one and then Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday on Week two. On average 18 hrs p/w or 36 across the 2 weeks.

They will be working closely with health colleagues to arrange packages of care in the community for those leaving hospital. Ability to be focussed, organised and work at pace is necessary.
