D365 CE Business Analyst role - Large End User - Hybrid London

We're working with a large retail estate company who are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst with extensive experience in Dynamics 365 CE CRM to join our dynamic team. A strong understanding of the Sales, Customer Service and Customer Insights modules are required.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analysing business processes, gathering and eliciting requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing CRM solutions that enhance overall operational efficiency and customer engagement.
