Job Description:
We are recruiting for well known business in Swindon. This is a temp role until April 25 with the likelihood of going permanent.
It is a dynamic and approachable team focused on delivering outstanding results in projects. They maintaining a fun and positive work environment while ensuring that they meet project goals. This role is to support the role out of Tills across the UK.
Role: Temp to perm
Start: Mid November
Rate: £14-£15/hr
Hybrid working between home and office
The Role:
As a Project Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the project team with a variety of administrative tasks. You will be involved in coordination, planning, and reactive tasks related to the project. If you are a quick learner with good interpersonal skills and a willingness to embrace new IT systems with support, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the project team, including planning, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics.
- Assist in tracking project progress and ensuring effective communication across all members of the team.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of project activities.
- Utilise MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting and data management.
- Support team members with various IT systems as required, showing a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Handle various reactive tasks and respond to project needs as they arise.
- Foster positive relationships with team members and stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new IT systems.
- A positive attitude and the ability to contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere.
