Building Surveyor - Legal Disrepair needed in Islington, £31.89ph PAYE - Reference: RQ1373027

- Experience managing legal disrepair cases
- Ideally have a surveying qualification
- Good understanding of damp and structural issues
- Social housing 
- Managing works from specification through to post inspection
- Organised and proactive - able to manage their own calendar and caseload
- Largely office based
- There is use of pool cars

This is a full time role on a temporary basis.
