Our client, a well-established labels company based in Castleford, is looking for a skilled Digicon Operator to join their growing team. If you have experience in slitter/rewinding within labels or packaging, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading business in the sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain the Digicon finishing equipment
• Ensure high-quality standards in the production of labels
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the production area
• Work to tight production deadlines and ensure smooth workflow

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience operating slitter/rewinder equipment within the labels or packaging industry (Digicon experience is highly desirable but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and adaptable to various shifts

Shift Patterns:

• Earlies: 06:00 to 13:30, Monday to Friday
• Lates: 13:24 to 21:00, Monday to Thursday, 13:24 to 20:30, Friday
• Nights: 20:50 to 06:12, Monday to Friday
