Role Overview

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in turning ideas into reality. Working alongside a team of talented designers and production teams, you will ensure the seamless execution of creative projects, from initial brief through to final delivery and on-site installation.

Knowledge of large format graphics, signage, vinyl, vehicle graphics, glass manifestation, POS / POP installations, or any mixture of these, is highly advantageous.

 

Key Responsibilities

- Project Management: Oversee the lifecycle of projects, ensuring milestones are met within budget and to a high standard.

- Client Liaison: Act as the primary contact for clients, keeping them updated and ensuring their visions are realized.

- Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including design and production, to deliver outstanding results.

- Resource Allocation: Manage resources effectively, including suppliers, contractors, and budgets.

- Problem-Solving: Identify potential challenges and proactively find solutions to maintain project momentum.

- Project Oversight: Supervise installations and ensure projects meet client and brand expectations.

 

Skills and Experience

- Proven experience in project coordination, ideally in the design, events, or creative industries.

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.

- A creative mindset with a passion for design and brand storytelling.

- Proficiency in project management tools and software is advantageous.

 

Salary & Benefits

This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday.

Salary up to £32,000 based on experience.
