Senior Building Control Surveyor needed in London - Reference: 012643

Flexible working within reason, site assessments/inspections required.

Role Purpose
• Assist the Senior Building Surveyor in the day to day management of an area of the Borough and to deputise for the Principal Building Surveyor during absences.
• The processing and scrutiny of Building Regulation applications.
• Inspection of building works
• The provision of general building control advice.
• Marketing of the Service to secure new business and income streams
