Lead Developer | Brisbane | $160,000 + Super 

We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer to join an exciting startup team! This is a hands-on role where you'll be directly involved in development, with the opportunity to make a significant impact while working in a dynamic environment.

Location: Onsite at Yeronga - Brisbane 
Salary: Up to $160K + Super

• Lead Developer title for the level and experience we’re looking for, but the role is focused on hands-on coding rather than managing a team.
• Work in a fast-paced startup environment, where you'll be wearing multiple hats and contributing to various aspects of development.
• Engage in the development of both web and mobile applications, working with modern technologies.
• Collaborate with a small but growing team, directly influencing the product and its future direction.

• Hands-on development using .NET Core.
• Mobile development experience in MAUI or React Native (currently using MAUI, with plans to migrate to React Native).
• Development of web applications using React.js.
• Cloud-based development using AWS services.

• You possess a startup mentality, ready to adapt and thrive in a fast-moving, hands-on environment.
• Experience at a Lead or Principal Developer level.
• Strong knowledge and experience in .NET Core, Mobile Development (MAUI or React Native), React.js, and AWS.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats and contributing across different areas of the development process.

Salary

They offer an excellent salary of $160,000 + Super.
