Are you a qualified MFL teacher looking for your next teaching role from January 2025? A high achieving all girls’ school in Wandsworth, Southwest London are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, committed, and inspiring Teacher of MFL (Spanish & French) to join them from January 2025 until the end of the academic year in July 2025. The MFL Teacher would be required to teach Spanish from years 7 to 11 and French to years 7 & 8.

 

MFL Teacher Responsibilities:

  • The MFL Teacher should foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for languages
  • As a MFL Teacher you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive MFL lessons that inspire curiosity and foster a deep understanding of languages.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.
  • The MFL Teacher should contribute to extracurricular activities and language-related events within the school community.

MFL Teacher Requirements:

  • A relevant degree and QTS.
  • Enthusiastic teacher who is well organised, conscientious, and flexible.
  • Awareness of current developments in the MFL curriculum.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate orally with confidence and sensitivity.
  • Ability to make use of ICT to support learning in the classroom and beyond.
  • Ability to work well with others as part of a team.
