Health and Safety Advisor (Fire Risk) needed in Central London

The rate is £158.48 per day PAYE

The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive fire risk assessments (FRA) across residential estates. Oversee general health and safety (H&S) practices. Commission and manage the FRA process. Update and monitor action plans to ensure compliance and safety. Focus on fire safety, identifying and addressing fire hazards. Review FRAs and implement necessary corrective actions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• NEBOSH qualified.
• Proven experience in fire safety and knowledge of the Fire Safety Act.
• Ability to identify and rectify issues highlighted in FRAs.
• Experience in developing and managing H&S structures.
