Creative Account Manager – POS

Are you a superstar Creative Account Manager with a passion for health and beauty brands? We’re looking for someone extraordinary to join this passionate team and act as the main point of contact for a range of leading H&B clients.

 

About the Role

This is an exciting, fast-paced, and challenging position where you’ll work on a variety of briefs spanning:

  • ATL (Above The Line): TV, print, and OOH campaigns.
  • BTL (Below The Line): POS, e-commerce assets, and event materials.

As the Creative Account Manager, you’ll:

  • Be the primary contact for multiple key clients in the health and beauty space.
  • Take ownership of the entire project lifecycle, from briefing the studio through to delivery.
  • Manage the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of all projects, ensuring exceptional results at every stage.
  • Collaborate with the studio team to ensure creative excellence across all deliverables.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, nurturing these accounts to deliver best-in-class service.

 

You must be highly organised and detail-oriented professional with proven experience in project management and account management, ideally in the retail, print, or creative services industries.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture client relationships.

A proactive problem-solver with the ability to handle complex briefs and streamline processes.

Budget management expertise and the ability to meet financial targets.

Familiarity with managing campaigns spanning POS, OOH, and in-store activations is advantageous as well as experience using technology platforms for approvals, tracking, and reporting

 

For your application to be successful, you will need:

  • Marketing, Advertising or Communications degree preferred but not essential.
  • Project management, comfortable working to critical paths and managing expectations and risk.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise work to meet client needs.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience in business / project reporting.
  • Good IT literacy.
