Maintenance Engineer

£40,000 - £49,000
Continental Shifts, 3 on 3 off (days/nights)

• Only working approx 155 days a year / 15 days off each rotation 

We are looking for either a mechanically or electrically bias maintenance engineer to join our team of engineers at our site in Chesterfield. We want a proactive person who can prioritise a busy workload between preventative, predictive and reactive work.

This is a cardboard packaging facility where you will be working on machines including, but not limited to, conveyors, hydraulics/pneumatics , cardboard corrugators, etc. Engineers from all kinds of backgrounds are encouraged to apply, qualifications are beneficial but not deal breaking for this role. 

The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate and value safe working and be able to communicate effectively throughout our business including suppliers.

Experience Required

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an industrial multi-skilled maintenance engineer
• Multi skilled element to your work at least 70:30 either mech/elec split
• Those with Level 3 apprenticeship/HNC are preferred
