• Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Commercial Property Lawyer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or junior lawyer to gain valuable experience in commercial property transactions and develop their legal career.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting senior lawyers with commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases.
  • Conducting legal research and preparing reports.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
  • Liaising with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Supporting the team in due diligence and property portfolio management.
  • Attending meetings and taking notes.
  • Acting as a trusted legal advisor to clients across both councils, ensuring clear, solution-focused legal guidance.
  • Managing an existing caseload and taking on new complex commercial property legal work.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal implications, decision-making reports, leases, licenses, and other property-related documents.
  • Working collaboratively within the wider legal service, supporting colleagues on cross-disciplinary cases.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal processes, including decision-making frameworks, instructions to external legal counsel, financial procedures, and case management systems.
