Due to growth, it’s looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to join its dynamic team.

As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, overseeing projects from concept to delivery, and ensuring the highest standards of service. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with internal teams to meet project objectives and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
• Manage multiple accounts and projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including design, production, and installation, to deliver high-quality work.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on branding and visual communication solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project timelines.
• Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and assist in new business development.
• Ensure smooth workflow and problem-solve any challenges that arise during project execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in account management, ideally within a printed graphics company.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build long-term client relationships.
• A proactive, solution-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of print production and design processes is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
