A financial services firm is seeking a Receptionist/Assistant to join their business support team on a permanent basis.

The Receptionist will manage a busy front desk function.  The Receptionist role is ideal for a proactive, confident and highly personable individual who is experienced in the Receptionist role.  It is a very involved position, and the Receptionist will command the switchboard ensuring that calls and messages are transferred and relayed in a professional, timely fashion.  Additionally, the Receptionist will manage the internal meeting room bookings, set up meetings for all guests including clients and investors, meet and greet providing refreshments, assist with facilities tasks and work closely with the business support team.
