Mechanical Assembly Technician  Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 DOE

Mechanical Assembly Technician  Location – Oxfordshire

Mechanical Assembly Technician Shifts: Monday – Thursday 7:30 – 4:30 – Friday 7:30 – 14:00

Orion are partnered with a well-established manufacturing business located in Oxfordshire who are recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Assembly Technician  to join the team.

They would be more than happy to welcome a background in ex-forces, HGV or similar.

Mechanical Assembly Technician Responsibilities

• To build and assemble all mechanical components on bespoke aircraft refuelling vehicles and HGV’s

Mechanical Assembly Technician  Experience Required:

• Must be confident and able to read and work from engineering drawings and models
• Working on Sub-assemblies
• To be confident with all hand tools
• Basic fabrication skills and experience
• Experience building v3ehicles (ideally HGV)4Experience with air craft refuelling vehicles
• Must have the right to work in the UK
• Experience with pneumatic & hydraulic systems
• TIG/MIG Welding
• Must have a driving licence/car

Mechanical Assembly Technician Salary: £30,000 - £36,000

Mechanical Assembly Technician Package:

• 23 days annual leave including bank holidays – after completing 3x years this is extended
